Lake Balboa Park is located in the San Fernando Valley region, California. It is a spacious well-maintained park. Various activities you can do and enjoy at the Lake Balboa Park such as picnic spots, long trail for walking, biking, paddle boating, playground for kids, and several benches for relaxing.
