2013 Summer Road Trip-2 (6/16/2013)
We started off from Salt Lake City this morning and stopped by Cherry Creek Visitor Center, Museum of Clean, Lava Flow Interpretive Trail, and Mesa Falls. The Mesa Falls are gorgeous and we had lunch at Red Lobster. We stayed in West Yellowstone today and planned to visit Yellowstone National Park tomorrow.

Crystal Cove State Park is close to Laguna Beach and is a nice place to spend leisure time. We've been there twice. Today, we met a nice couple who are brain scientists and enjoy creating beach sand sculptures.

Valley of Fire State Park, Nevada (4/2/2013)
Valley of Fire State Park is the oldest state park in Nevada, USA and was designated as a National Natural Landmark in 1968. It covers an area of almost 42,000 acres and was dedicated in 1935. It derives its name from red sandstone formations, formed from great shifting sand dunes during the age of dinosaurs.
